We take an old core EVO IV - VI transfer box, strip and clean it,bead blast the cases, inspect the components and re assemble using new parts as required. A new crown wheel and pinion is often used, including new bearings and retaining nut.
The Viscous unit is; Torque tested, cleaned and re assembled checking and replacing bearings and seals as required.
The Helical LSD unit is stripped, inspected and re built using new heavy duty cap screws and finally checked on the bench before refitting - If fitted, the standard open diff is re built in this case.
All bolts and fittings are either re plated, or powder coated.
The unit carries a 12 month conditional warranty, subject to proper use, installation and a standard out put engine.
An exchange unit is required in all cases and a £200 refundable surcharge is included in the price.
